At LPC, we are happy to provide free pregnancy tests, free limited obstetrical ultrasounds, as well as referrals to on-site pre-natal care offered by Seasons OB/GYN.
A pregnancy test is used to determine whether or not a woman is pregnant. These lab quality urine tests look for chemical markers associated with pregnancy.
A limited ultrasound examination is only for purposes of confirming pregnancy, detecting fetal cardiac activity, and determining estimated gestational age. It is not for the purposes of diagnosing or detecting any medical problem or condition for the baby or the mother.

The Lowcountry Pregnancy center offers prenatal care referrals to Seasons OB/GYN, board certified obstetricians and gynecologists who deliver through Trident Hospital. Seasons OB/GYN and their staff provide the following services at the Lowcountry Pregnancy Center:
- Comprehensive Obstetrical Care (prenatal care)
- On-site first trimester ultrasounds
- On-site lab-work
- Local labor and delivery at Trident Hospital
- Opportunities to meet the doctors to become fully acquainted with each physician in the group prior to the delivery of your baby.
- Additional services are offered at Seasons OB/GYN office nearby
These services require Medicaid or private insurance.
